Step 1 - Download these 3 zip files (A-GT-S5360 CWM_4 , B-Root+CWM+2.3.6 , C- s5360 Android
4.1.1 CWM_3 ) from the link(if you want link then please message me at https://www.facebook.com/krishna.shah.5895 & copy it to your Phone's SD Card.
Make sure the zip file is in the SD card root
(not in any folder).
Step 2 - Then turn OFF your phone
Step 3 -
Now go to the Recovery Mode. Switch ON the phone by pressing and holding Volume Up + Home + Power
buttons together.
Step 4 -Select "apply update from SD card"

select the downloaded "A-GT-S5360 CWM.zip" file
Step 6 -now you will have a
new CWM interface & options
Step 7 -select "backup & restore"
Step 8 -select backup & continue..IT may take time so don’t worry till backup completes.
Step 9 -from cwm main menu Select "Wipe cache partition"
Step 10 -from cwm main menu Select "wipe data/factory reset"

[NOTE: Performing a wipe of your dalvik cache is sometime
troublesome. IF you want this step ,then do at your own risk. BUT I Will not
suggest it to you as I have faced some problem. For your Knowledge to wipe
dalvic cache,go to ‘advanced’ in CWM
recovery and then select “wipe dalvik cache”.]skip this step
Step 11 -from cwm main menu Select "apply update from SD card"
Step 12 -now browse for the second downloaded "B-Root+CWM+2.3.6" file & then click ok.(if your Samsung galaxy y GT-S5360 is already rooted then plz unroot it before applying above steps because double installation sometimes leads to uninstallation)

Step 14 – again from CWM
interface Select
"apply update from SD card” and choose 3rd zip file “C- s5360
Android 4.1.1 CWM_3”
Step 15 -After the installation completes, reboot the phone by selecting “reboot system now” wait for few minutes till you see the screen on and scanning for sd cards…………
